How di I run the bootloader after performing a warm boot

I am rebooting a LH7A404 card engine via the warm boot reset pin. On a cold boot the bootloader program runs (which initializes the LCD display and copies the NK.bin file from flash to RAM). On a warm boot, the bootloader does not run. This causes the LCD screen to go blank. Does anyone know how to execute the bootloader program after a warm boot.
