    Hi,
Does the system clock run when in idle or suspend? If I have timers set up (such as via setTimeEvent), and the system goes into idle or suspend, is the clock still running such that when it gets unsuspended and eventually into run state, the callbacks associated with the timers are called?
    TIA,
    /michel

To clarify, I guess I am really asking:
    1. is the RTC affected when going into idle or suspend mode
    2. when does Logic have the OAL do when transitioning into the idle state (in terms of clocks that can affect time-based appliation activity)
    3. same as above for the suspend state.

    thanks,
    /michel

just to follow up this thread on my own. I spoke with Hans Rempel yesterday and he confirmed that the suspend affects the system clock, so the RTC, which continues to function. is the only mechanism by which to measure down-time.
