    The J6 JTAG jumpers need to be configured correctly for LH7A400-10 SDK normal operation.

    The position for normal operation is detailed in the Quickstart guide (figure 3.3).

    FWIW, leaving the J6 jumpers in the '-' positions does appear to work with the 7a400 as long as the console baud rate is set to 19200.
