The screens displayed for touch panel calibration are wider than the 3.5" 240x320 display and are clipped on the left and write hand sides.

    I've placed screen dumps at

    http://asd.homeftp.net/~dean/calibration.html

Is this text added to a window from within the touch screen driver or is it a bitmap which we replace?

    Dennis,

I believe the referenced text is part of that particular control-panel applet. You will have to see if the source code for that application is included with platform builder. I believe that it used to be included. Otherwise, you can very easily write one of your own. Check the help files for touch calibration. It will list the system calls your application should make to start the process.
