iMX31 Litekit runs at 400MHz or 532MHz?

Dear Sirs I read the PLL registers from iMX31 of my Litekit using a JTAG Debugger ( SEGGER JLINK ) and the values showed me that this iMX31 is running at 400MHz, instead 532MHz. Is that correct? I mean, the iMX31 Litekit runs at 400MHz? If so, why this frequency? The Litekit can't reach 532MHz? Thanks. Sergio Kamakura Warp Tecnologia Ind Com Ltda

The iMX31 cannot run at 532MHz without causing long term damage to the die. The core has to run greater than 1.47V at anything over 400MHz. Document Number: MCIMX31 Rev. 3.2, 08/2007
