    Hi,

I am trying to get the GSM modem to work without much luck. What I have
tried is just talking to ttyS0 using a default kernel. Also tried playing with
the GPIOs that appear to goto the modem module (MODEM_nRESET and
MODEM_nPWRON) which appear to map to GPIO_127 and GPIO_126
based on the schematic. None of this appears to work.

Any one know what is required to get the GSM modem working (responding to
    AT commands)?

    Thanks.

    Hi Hunyue,

Did you ever get any help on this? I'm trying the same with no luck.

    Thanks!

No luck getting information from any source. The schematics suggests a GPIO is required to power it up but that doesn't seem to be working either.

    Hi,

Did you got any help with this. We are facing same problem. We tried changing baud rate to 460800 and also installed minicom in our file system.

Modem is not giving any reply to AT command.

Is there any other way to communicate with modem or do we need to set any pins to power on modem ?

Your help will be highly appreciated ?

    Thanks
