AM3517 SOM-M2 PCN: Document Update

Revision J of the AM3517 SOM-M2 PCN has been released for "PCN 592: Hardware Changes." This PCN explains an upgrade to the DDR SDRAM memory component on the AM3517 SOM-M2. Please see the document's Revision History table for a more detailed explanation of all changes.
