AM35x SOM-M2 Hardware Specification: Document Update

Rev D of the AM35x SOM-M2 Hardware Specification has been released. This revision updates the mechanical drawings for both the wireless and non-wireless versions of the SOM. Please see the document's Revision History table for a more detailed explanation of all changes.
